How a session works

Each session lasts 30 minutes and includes access to our traditional Finnish sauna (around 90°C) and cold plunge baths (set to 6°C).

Inside the sauna: timber benches, a stove of glowing stones and rising steam — 10–15 minHeatDeep, dry sauna heat raises the heart rate, opens blood vessels and lets tired muscles unwind.

You can move between the heat and cold at your own pace, with no pressure to use both. With a maximum of just four guests per session, you’ll always have space to relax in a calm, uncrowded environment.
