Revival Studios is the trading name of REVIVAL STUDIOS WELLNESS LTD, company number 16270064 and VAT number GB 524 3376 01 (“we”). We are the controller of the personal information described here. Our registered office is 32 Stephens Close, Romford, RM3 7RS and our studio is at 242 Hutton Road, Shenfield, CM15 8PA. For anything data-related, contact hello@revival-studios.co.uk.
It depends on what you do on the site.
We never see or store your card details. Those are entered on a page hosted by Stripe and stay with Stripe.
We do not intentionally collect health information through the website or Health & Safety Declaration. Please do not send us diagnoses, medication, medical history or details of contraindications. If you choose to disclose health information while asking a safety question, we restrict access to the people who need to respond, do not copy it into marketing or membership notes, and delete it when it is no longer needed to answer the question, subject to any legal or incident hold.
To email you when we open, to reply to your enquiry, and to set up and administer your membership. Only if you tick the marketing box do we send occasional news, offers and founding member invitations. We never sell or trade your details.
For marketing emails, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or contacting us. For your membership, we process ordinary contact and membership details because we need them to perform our contract with you. For replying to an enquiry and protecting the security and reliability of our services, we rely on our legitimate interests.
We do not intentionally collect or use health information as part of the reservation or declaration process. If a future service requires us to do so, we will first document an appropriate lawful basis and special-category condition, update this notice and introduce the necessary safeguards.
We disclose personal information only where it is necessary to operate the business, provide the service, meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Recipients may include:
Those providers may use their own approved subprocessors. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, accountants, auditors, insurers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell or trade your personal information.
Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or ask us to delete them, subject to any minimum suppression record needed to respect your choice. Enquiries are normally kept for up to two years. Membership and transaction records are kept while your membership is active and afterwards where needed for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. Declaration acceptance records are kept for the membership and any necessary safety, insurance or legal period approved in our retention schedule. Information is deleted, anonymised or restricted when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention duties.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The site may use strictly necessary storage or security features required to operate forms and payments. If we introduce optional analytics later, we will first add an appropriate consent choice and update this policy.
Some providers or their subprocessors may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Before relying on them, we check whether the processing is covered by UK adequacy regulations or another recognised safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, and complete any required transfer assessment. Provider locations and safeguards are reviewed in our supplier register and updated before a new provider or transfer is introduced.
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, provide it in a portable form, or object to how it is used. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are not absolute and a legal exception may apply.
