Revival Studios is the trading name of REVIVAL STUDIOS WELLNESS LTD, company number 16270064 and VAT number GB 524 3376 01 (“we”, “us”). Our registered office is 32 Stephens Close, Romford, RM3 7RS. We operate the studio at 242 Hutton Road, Shenfield, Brentwood, CM15 8PA. You can reach us at hello@revival-studios.co.uk.
These terms form a contract between you and us when you reserve a founding membership. Please read them before you agree to them at checkout.
The founding membership costs £99 per month in total. If VAT applies, it is included within that amount. Your rate is locked at £99 for as long as your membership runs without a break. It includes:
Sessions and guest passes are allocated monthly and do not roll over into the following month.
Founding memberships are limited to the first 50 completed reservations. Once they are gone they will not be offered again. Standard memberships are released when we open.
£0 is charged today. Your card details are saved securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
By reserving, you authorise Revival Studios to have Stripe securely save your selected payment method. We will email you at least 14 days before the first £99 payment is taken. After that payment, your membership renews automatically at £99 per month until cancelled. If your card has expired or been replaced by then, we will ask you to update it rather than simply trying to take the payment.
You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of reserving your place, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Email us and we will cancel your reservation and delete your saved card.
Beyond those 14 days, you can still cancel at any time before your first successful £99 payment, at no cost. Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund.
You may use the model cancellation form, but you do not have to. We accept any clear written request to cancel sent to hello@revival-studios.co.uk.
Opening dates move. If ours does, we will tell you the new date and you can cancel at that point at no cost.
If we decide not to open, your reservation will end automatically. We will remove your saved payment method, you will not be charged anything, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Your membership is monthly and rolling. You can cancel at any time by sending a clear written request to hello@revival-studios.co.uk. After your first successful £99 payment, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Your access continues until that date and no further monthly payment is taken.
We do not refund part-months, except where legally required. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding rate no longer applies.
Your £99 rate is locked for as long as your membership runs without a break, and we will not raise it while you remain a member. If we ever need to change these terms in a way that affects you, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice, and you may cancel without penalty before the change takes effect.
Heat and cold exposure are not suitable for everyone. Membership is for adults aged 18 and over, and everyone completes a short Health & Safety Declaration/Acknowledgement before their first session.
The declaration asks you only to confirm that you have read the contraindications; understand that sauna and cold-water use involve significant heat and cold exposure; will seek medical advice where appropriate; will follow staff and published safety instructions; will not participate while unwell; will tell staff immediately if you become unwell; and understand that we may refuse or stop access where there is a safety concern. We do not ask you to submit a medical history, diagnoses, medication or identify which, if any, contraindications apply.
For your safety, cold plunges are limited to a maximum of 3 minutes. Please follow the guidance given by our team, and do not use the facilities under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may refuse or end a session where we believe there is a risk to your health or to anyone else’s, and we may end a membership for behaviour that puts other guests or our team at risk.
None of this affects your legal rights, and nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Sessions are booked in advance and subject to availability. Your membership is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred, though your guest passes are exactly that — for guests. If you cannot make a booking, please cancel it so someone else can take the slot. Repeated no-shows may lead us to limit advance booking.
Stripe holds your card details; we hold your contact details, membership records and the version and time of your Health & Safety Declaration/Acknowledgement. We do not intentionally collect detailed health information through the website. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

I give notice that I cancel my Revival Studios Founding Membership contract.
You do not have to use this form. Any clear written cancellation request is accepted. A separate print-friendly copy is also available.
If something goes wrong, email hello@revival-studios.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
